Birth Support & Prenatal Package
As a birth doula, I serve families living in St. Pete - Tampa - Sarasota. I am the Owner and client services Director of The Happiest Doulas providing maternity services in both Tampa Bay and Atlanta.
We'll help you have a happy birthday party! Our Prenatal & Birth Support Package includes:
Labor support provided by the primary doula of your choosing (me, perhaps?!). Includes guaranteed reservation of back-up doula service for your peace of mind.
You'll receive email and telephone/text support from the point of purchase and dedicated 24/7 on-call labor support. I'm happy to offer help whenever you ask me for it.
We will hold a prenatal meeting in your home to discuss your birth preferences, labor positions, relaxation tips, and what to expect when labor begins so you can stay relaxed and confident during your birthing time.
You are welcome to become a member of our private Facebook group, Pregnancy & Beyond, so you can connect with other soon-to-be parents.
You'll receive access to our Membership Portal, which includes evidence-based research on medical inductions, perinatal care, newborn procedures, breastfeeding, and other relevant topics so you won't have to "Dr. Google" your questions. I'll share with you samples of effective birth plans and an easy how-to guide so you can construct your own to solicit help from your care providers to achieve your ideal birth experience.
If you want to breastfeed immediately following your baby's birth, I'll help you begin a successful breastfeeding journey.
After you've left the hospital, call on me for anything. No question is too small (or silly) if you need guidance. And you can invite me over anytime! We can catch up over coffee or I'll take you to lunch whenever you feel up to leaving the house.
Consider adding a private childbirth lesson or newborn care class to the above package. I offer in-home instruction so you can prepare for labor and delivery in the hospital, and life as a new parent.
Postpartum doula support is available on-demand. Advance notice of just 24 hours is needed to arrange a 4 or 8 hour shift. So if you find yourself without help the first few weeks home, I can fill the gap.
