With 16+ years of experience as a birth doula and about 625+ births attended, I share helpful skills and tips for a better childbirth experience. You can schedule a private in-home labor lesson in St. Pete and the nearby areas or via zoom, if preferred. This training focuses on medical inductions, labor comfort measures, and providing partner support during labor.
